Freight allowed to and from Tan Son Nhat

According to the Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam (CAAV), there are no restrictions on freight to and from Tan Son Nhat International Airport in Ho Chi Minh City. All airlines are licensed for cargo flights on demand. There are only five groups of passengers, however, that are allowed to pass through the airport.
