The Hai Phong City People’s Committee has approved a project developing commercial housing in the new Bac Song Cam Urban Area in Thuy Nguyen district.

Covering over 13.6 ha, the project will have estimated investment capital of some VND1.33 trillion ($55 million).

It consists of commercial residential areas with low-rise buildings, social housing apartments for sale and rent, a kindergarten, commercial and service business areas, technical infrastructure, greenery, and traffic routes.

There will be 328 commercial housing units, including villas and shop houses, a six-story building accommodating 286 social housing apartments, and a two-story kindergarten on an area of over 1,400 sq m.
