Hanoi plans to have 70 housing and urban construction projects completed in the 2024-2030 period.

The municipal People’s Committee has issued a decision approving an updated list of housing and urban construction projects under the city’s housing development plans in the period.

Of which, there will be 55 projects on construction of commercial housing and urban areas, including 11 projects that got investment policy approval and are scheduled for completion in 2024-2027 period, supplying 18,910 units. Other 44 projects are currently completing investment procedures and are scheduled for completion in 2025-2030, supplying 13,553 units.

The remaining 15 projects will build social houses with a total supply of 2,723 units.
