The HAWEE Leaders Forum 2026 is scheduled to take place in Ho Chi Minh City on November 5, bringing together more than 600 business leaders, founders and executives.

Organised by the Ho Chi Minh City Association of Women Entrepreneurs (HAWEE), the event aims to foster in-depth discussions on the often unseen pressures and responsibilities behind leadership decisions.

Under the theme “Leading through Tension – The Leadership We Don’t See”, the forum will explore the challenges, tensions and trade-offs leaders face. More than 16 speakers will share their experiences and perspectives, covering issues ranging from personal pressures to responsibilities towards employees, organisations and society.

The event will provide an opportunity for leaders to reflect on their personal leadership approaches, consider how they guide their teams and examine their wider responsibilities to the community.

Beyond sharing experiences, HAWEE Leaders Forum 2026 will encourage participants to identify one value they want to uphold and one concrete change they intend to implement over the following 30 days.

Through its discussions and activities, the forum aims to help leaders better understand the pressures shaping their decisions, explore ways to address challenges within their organisations and take a more proactive approach to the long-term responsibilities arising from their choices.
