The industral part, with commercial name Green One, covering 216.17 hectares (first phase), with a total investment of nearly VND 2.33 trillion (more than $ 90 million), is located in Yen My and Xuan Truc communes, northern Hung Yen province.

Viglacera Hung Yen Joint Stock Company, a member of Viglacera Corporation - JSC, commenced construction of the infrastructure investment and business project for Industrial Park No. 01 - Phase 1 on October 16.

The industrial park, with commercial name Green One, covering 216.17 hectares (first phase), with a total investment of nearly VND 2.33 trillion (more than $ 90 million), is located in Yen My and Xuan Truc communes, northern Hung Yen province.

According to the company's plan, Industrial Park No. 01 will have a total area of 258.82 hectares, to be developed as a high-tech industrial park model with synchronized infrastructure and green, smart management solutions. The project is divided into two phases: phase 1 covers 216.17 hectares with a total investment of nearly VND 2,33 trillion; phase 2 will cover 42.65 hectares.

Situated at the Yen My interchange, adjacent to the Hanoi - Hai Phong expressway and connected to routes DT.382 and DT.382B, Green One is strategically positioned to access Hanoi, the international seaport of Hai Phong, and northern industrial production centers.

The project allocates up to 30.47 hectares (equivalent to 14.09% of phase 1's area) for green spaces and water facilities. It employs smart management systems, comprehensive security cameras, and intelligent lighting solutions with real-time automatic control, encouraging the development of rooftop solar power.

Green One also fully integrates the "Production - Living - Utilities" model: it is planned with a social housing area for workers covering 8.5 hectares and a residential area for experts of 1.8 hectares, ensuring a comfortable and safe living environment. It includes a research and development (R&D) center, vocational training facilities, and a technology testing space within the internal service area.

The key investment promotion sectors include semiconductor industry, electronics, precision mechanics, industrial automation equipment, and high-tech supporting industries, thus laying a foundation for forming a business community capable of production linkage, supporting industry development, and deeper participation in the regional supply chain.

Once fully operational, the project is expected to create jobs for approximately 15,000 workers, promote local economic restructuring, and spread synergistic value to auxiliary service chains.

Speaking to the press at the event, a representative from DTJ Industrial, the project's investment promotion unit, noted that the implementation of Industrial Park No. 01 - phase 1 occurs as Hung Yen continues to orient its industrial development towards modernization, enhancing investment attraction quality, and strengthening the local competitiveness. With this project, DTJ Industrial aims to provide support solutions tailored to the actual needs of each enterprise, from exploring land funds, evaluating investment plans to connecting stakeholders and facilitating access to necessary information during project preparation.

According to Mr. Le Quang Hoa,  Vice Chairman of Hung Yen Provincial People's Committee, the province has planned to develop 67 industrial parks with a total area of over 23,000 hectares and 125 industrial clusters with a total area of nearly 8,000 hectares.
