South-central Khanh Hoa province plans to build 7,800 social houses in the 2021-2030 period.

This is part of the plan approved by the provincial People’s Committee to implement the Government master plan on building at least one million social houses for low income earners and workers at industrial parks in the 2021-2030 period.

The province will strive to build 3,400 houses in the 2021-2025 period and the remaining will be built in the 2026-2030 period.

Some projects are under construction, including Hung Phu social housing project in Nha Trang city with 1,221 units, Happy Home Cam Ranh with 3,565 units, and an urban area along Cam Ranh Bay with 9,816 units.
