Legal framework for OTT TV services needed

Nam Anh

However, the Ministry of Information and Communications (MoIC) is yet to license any foreign enterprises providing such services in Vietnam, such as Netflix and WeTV. It is therefore necessary to complete the legal framework in the immediate future by amending and supplementing the Law on Cinema.
