A series of Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) on cooperation in research, training, and semiconductor ecosystem development were signed among domestic and international organizations, enterprises, and training institutions in Da Nang city in central Vietnam on August 30, within the framework of the Da Nang Finance and Tech Week 2025.

Key agreements include a MoU between the Corial - Plasma-Therm Research and Development Center, Aka Vers Center, FPT IS Company Limited, and FPT Corporation on deploying virtual reality training solutions in the semiconductor sector.

The Da Nang Semiconductor and Artificial Intelligence Center for Research and Training (DSAC), in cooperation with the same partners, exchanged another MoU to expand VR-based semiconductor training.an

Another MoU  was signed between DSAC and the Vietnam Semiconductor Industry Resource Development Alliance (SEVINA), which focuses on  training, and research and development.

Meanwhile, DSAC, YS Talent JSC, and YS Flora Lotus Co., Ltd. inked a tripartite deal to train high-quality human resources, support recruitment and job matching, and promote innovative startups. They also pledged to strengthen Vietnam–Japan collaboration in semiconductor and AI research, training, and production.

Additionally, Dev Plus JSC and the Vietnam Semiconductor Industry Resources Development Alliance (SEVINA) reached an MoU to strengthen cooperation in semiconductor human resource training, develop a microchip training ecosystem in Da Nang, and support startups and businesses in market and investor access.
