NA approves construction of new road in Khanh Hoa

National Assembly deputies approved a resolution on June 21 on building a road connecting National Highway No. 27C and Provincial Road No. 656 in south-central Khanh Hoa province.

Total investment is estimated at VND1.93 trillion ($81.4 million), to be sourced from the State and provincial budgets.

The land area used for construction will be around 128.96 ha.

Construction of the 56.9-km road will be conducted between 2023 and 2027.

Once completed, the road will have a speed limit of 60 km/h.

The project is aimed at realizing the targets set by the Politburo on developing Khanh Hoa province by 2030 with a vision towards 2045.

It is also targets facilitating links and the transport of goods between Khanh Hoa and other localities.
