The total registered capital of newly established businesses reached VND180.9 trillion ($6.9 billion), surging 92.3% year-on-year.
In January, nearly 54,300 businesses registered for temporary suspension, up 2.8% year-on-year, while another 4,609 businesses completed dissolution procedures, soaring 128.1%.
