More than 10,000 enterprises in 40 different localities have received training and support this year to boost digital transformation, which has become a key trend and important solution for businesses, according to the Ministry of Planning and Investment.
The training and support is part of the “Promoting the reformation and enhancing the connectivity of small and medium enterprises” project, carried out by the ministry’s Enterprise Development Agency and the United States Agency for International Development (USAID).
It focuses on creating tools and guidelines, implementing activities to raise awareness about digital transformation, and providing digital transformation training at enterprises during the 2021-2025 period.
In addition to equipping enterprises with knowledge and skills, the training program also links them with organizations and associations and provides advice on applying digital technology in renewing business models, expanding new sale channels, and gaining access to new customers.
