South-central Phu Yen province plans to set aside nearly 800 ha of land for a housing development program during 2021-2025 and is seeking more than VND77.3 trillion ($3.2 billion) in capital.

Under its housing development program for 2021-2025 and to 2030, the province will develop 559 housing projects, including commercial housing, urban areas, residential areas, social housing, and resettlement housing.

Some 425 ha of land will be used to build commercial housing, over 53.1 ha for social housing, and more than 24.2 ha for resettlement housing. The total area set aside for housing built by local residents will be over 294 ha.
