These projects have already received approved detailed planning and are part of the Mekong Delta city’s portfolio to invite independent social housing investment.
The Thac Ba Lake National Tourist Area in northern Yen Bai province is to be built on an area of 28,000 ha (not including the lake’s water surface area) and ensure the sustainable development of its advantages, according to its proposed general planning to 2040.
According to southern Dong Nai province’s planning to 2030, Long Khanh city will convert nearly 4,600 ha of agricultural land into non-agricultural land and will implement 586 projects, eight of which are new industrial zones, on a total area of more than 5,000 ha. The province's key economic city has two industrial parks with four FDI projects.
As of the end of September, businesses had been granted extensions on the payment of more than VND78.5 trillion ($3.45 billion) in land leasing fees and taxes under a decree from the government.
