It is expected that the price of certain types land in southern Ba Ria-Vung Tau province, such as agricultural land, residential land, production and business land, and land for trade and services, will be adjusted upwards shortly.

The Flamingo Group has begun construction of a 2-km-long pedestrian mall in the Flamingo Hai Tien entertainment complex in Hoang Hoa district, north-central Thanh Hoa province. The Flamingo Hai Tien project aims to attract millions of tourists and is expected to completely change Thanh Hoa’s tourism industry.

South-central Ninh Thuan province has approved 67 urban, residential, and tourism projects calling for investment in the 2021-2022 period. Among these are many with investment exceeding VND1 trillion ($44 million), with the highest being VND4.4 trillion ($193.5 million).

At a conference held by the Ministry of Construction on tackling difficulties facing businesses from Covid-19, recommendations were made by leaders of businesses and construction industry management agencies on quickly stabilizing business activities and recovering the economy.
