Real estate in south expected to bounce back

Analysts have predicted that the supply of real estate in Vietnam’s south will grow over the remainder of 2022 but the supply-demand imbalance will become more serious if the problems facing real estate projects are not addressed. Luxury and super-luxury real estate - a new trend in the market - will set new price milestones in the future as foreign investors return to the market post-pandemic.
