At the Real Estate Forum 2022 with the theme "Supply of real estate market in Ho Chi Minh City: Practical issues to be solved" on October 28, Mr. Le Hoang Chau, Chairman of Ho Chi Minh City Real Estate Association (HoREA), said that the real estate market has improved transparent with clear mechanisms and policies. However, safety and stability still lack due to the overlap between the Land Law 2013 and the Housing Law 2014 and other sub-law documents.

However, safety and stability are still of concern due to the overlap between the Land Law 2013 and the Law on Housing 2014 and other legal documents.
During discussions on the socio-economic situation at the ongoing fourth session of the 15th National Assembly (NA), Mr. Tran Van Tuan, NA deputy from northern Bac Giang province, said Covid-19 created a shortage of housing for workers that remains to this day. It is therefore necessary to introduce specific mechanisms and policies to encourage the participation of the private sector in housing and meet demand.
The Ministry of Health (MoH) has proposed introducing a policy adjusting the basic salary of medical staff while increasing allowances. This would address health workers leaving the sector or moving from public health facilities to private facilities.

Decree No. 35/2022/ND-CP stipulating the management of industrial parks and economic zones and issued on May 28, 2022, is an important policy directing the development of industrial park infrastructure in Vietnam. However, though it is considered a breakthrough measure and removes cumbersome administrative procedures, its implementation still has drawbacks that need to be dealt with.
Vietnam Social Insurance on July 26 announced the results of its policy on rental support for employees under Decision No. 08/2022/QD-TTg. Nearly 2.7 million workers have received such support to date, while some 3.4 million in total are to be beneficiaries of the policy, which has a budget of VND6.6 trillion ($282 million).
