Permanent Deputy Prime Minister Pham Gia Tuc made the remarks at the ceremony held on August 18 to announce the results of the 2025 Provincial Free Trade Agreement Implementation Index (FTA Index 2025).

Notably, the MoIT proposes an interest rate support mechanism applicable in each period for businesses, cooperatives, and household businesses participating in the ecosystem to utilise FTAs.

The government has detailed specific responsibilities for various ministries across the different chapters of each agreement.

Effectively utilizing preferential Certificates of Origin (C/O) has enabled Vietnamese machinery and equipment to expand markets, reduce tariff costs, and integrate more deeply into regional and global supply chains.
