Tasco Insurance (TIC) and the Saigon General Service Corporation (SAVICO) officially launched the “one-touch” insurance model on April 2.
The model is a pioneer in providing customers with motor vehicle insurance products at just one touch point. It also helps overcome disadvantages in the traditional insurance model, in which customers must follow complex procedures when repairing vehicles at workshops. However, this model will support the customer experience and help with procedures at Savico’s auto showrooms.
The “one-touch” insurance model also commits to 7S standard service, which are genuine standards taking care of the entire vehicle lifecycle, including: Sales; Service; Spare parts; Insurance; Finance Sourcing; Assembling; Safety 247.
According to Mr. Tran Van Hieu, Chairman of the Board of Directors at TIC, with the launch of the one-touch insurance model, TIC and Savico will help customers save a lot of time and effort in completing procedures, from issuing applications to settling insurance claims. The whole process is simpler than ever, with customers only needing to transact at a single point of contact for any needs relating to their car or insurance.
“At the same time, TIC is committed to accompanying customers throughout the life of the vehicle and on every journey with 7S standard service,” he said. “TIC pursues a customer-centric business philosophy and always strives to bring outstanding benefits.”
Savico currently has the largest automobile distribution network in Vietnam, with 75 showrooms, and distributes more than ten car brands nationwide, such as Volvo, Toyota, Ford, Hyundai, Nissan, Honda, and Suzuki, etc., so the “one-touch” insurance model will provide services to a large number of customers and at the same time offer a different experience and best value to customers throughout the life of their vehicle.
