The Thanh Hoa Provincial People’s Committee has authorized the Thanh Hoa City People’s Committee to conduct auctions of 35 land plots covering a total area of nearly 3,200 sq m in Hoang Long commune, which will serve as technical infrastructure for a residential project in the capital of the north-central province.

The deadline for the land auctions is December 31.

The Thanh Hoa City People’s Committee will soon approve a land auction plan in coordination with the Department of National Resources and Environment, the Department of Justice, and other relevant provincial departments.

A reserve price has not yet been revealed, however.
