The bilateral relationship was upgraded to a Comprehensive Strategic Partnership during Party General Secretary and State President To Lam’s official visit to France from October 6-7.

At the meeting with nearly 500 students in Hanoi on October 7,  Prof. Klaus Schwab held that in the present global context, Vietnam should maintain a neutral stance, positioning itself as a bridge for global efforts to address common challenges.
