Vietnam’s Party General Secretary and President to pay state visit to India

This will be Mr. To Lam's first visit to India in his capacity as Party General Secretary and State President of Vietnam.

Party General Secretary  and President of Vietnam , Mr. To Lam, will pay a state visit to India from May 5 to 7, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced on April 30.

This will be Mr. To Lam's first visit to India in his capacity as Party General Secretary and State President of Vietnam.

The visit will be made at the invitation of Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the  Ministry said.
