Binh Phuoc building houses for low-income earners

Southern Binh Phuoc province plans to build 10,995 houses for low-income earners and workers at industrial parks during the 2021-2025 period, according to local authorities.

The plan was made following the Prime Minister’ decision approving the master plan on building at least 1 million social houses for low-income earners and workers at industrial parks during the 2021-2030 period.

The number of houses to be built in Binh Phuoc is expected to increase to 33,248 during the 2026-2030 period.

In order to reach targets, local authorities have instructed the provincial Department of Construction to coordinate with relevant agencies to review and encourage investors in commercial housing and urban area projects to invest in building social houses on 20 per cent of their projects’ land.
