The Ministry of Construction has issued an action plan to implement the Prime Ministerial dispatches on accelerating social housing projects and inspecting real estate investment projects.
The move is aimed at promoting the development of social houses and accommodation facilities for workers at industrial parks, as well as effectively implementing the Government's master plan on building at least 1 million houses for low-income earners and workers at industrial parks in the 2021-2030 period.
It is also targeted to strengthen management and stabilize the real estate market.
The action plan outlined key tasks, including reviewing and allocating land fund to develop social houses, and effectively implementing missions and solutions required by the Prime Minister and the Government to tackle difficulties and obstacles to develop the real estate market in a safe, healthy and sustainable manner.
Other tasks include enhancing inspection to prevent legal violations in social housing development, and studying for real estate and land use rights transaction centers to be managed by the State.
