Authorities in northern Vinh Phuc province have directed relevant agencies, investors, and contractors to kick off construction of the Song Lo 1 Industrial Park in Song Lo district no later than January.
At a recent meeting to discuss measures to tackle the difficulties and obstacles facing project implementation, Chairman of the Vinh Phuc Provincial People’s Committee Le Duy Thanh asked authorities in Song Lo district to promptly approve site clearance and compensation plans and deal with difficulties in changing the land use purpose.
The Song Lo 1 IP has received approval from the Prime Minister, with total investment capital of over VND1.250 trillion ($52 million).
It will cover an area of 177.36 ha, straddling Tu Yen, Dong Thinh, and Duc Bac communes.
