Consultancy team set up to help digital businesses go global

The Ministry of Information and Communications (MoIC) has established a consultancy team to support Vietnamese digital businesses in their efforts to go global, according to an announcement from the ministry at a conference on February 23.

It will work with relevant agencies to implement programs to support enterprises heading overseas.

The team will also support and create favorable conditions for investment promotion activities in the field of information and communications.

Activities will be also held to implement programs to introduce Vietnamese products and enterprises to international markets.

The team includes 16 members, led by Director of the MoIC’s International Cooperation Department Trieu Minh Long. Other members include representatives from MoIC, the Ministry of Planning and Investment, the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the Vietnam Association of Digital Communications, the Vietnam Electronic Industries Association, the Vietnam Software Association, and some Vietnamese digital enterprises.
