The Cap Padaran Mui Dinh JSC under the F.I.T Group and Banyan Tree Holdings Ltd. held a signing ceremony in Bangkok on November 14 on cooperating in developing the Cap Padaran Mui Dinh project in Vietnam.
Cap Padaran Mui Dinh is a world-class resort project on an area of nearly 800 ha in south-central Ninh Thuan province, and includes resorts, hotels, beach villas, hotel apartment complexes, and entertainment and sports complexes.
Total investment is more than $1 billion. In the first phase, the Bai Trang Resort will be built on an area of 64 ha, including an international 5-star hotel and resort villas with synchronous infrastructure and utilities.
Located on a topographically unique piece of land in Vietnam, the project is surrounded by mountains, sand dunes, natural lakes, and sub-deserts.
The unspoiled natural beauty of Mui Dinh boasts plenty of untapped potential. With this new project, the F.I.T Group hopes to not only introduce the beauty of Ninh Thuan to the world but to also realize its mission of improving quality of life through unique and nature-oriented resort real estate products.
The cooperation between Cap Padaran Mui Dinh and Banyan Tree marks an important step in the project’s long-term strategy. Banyan Tree will provide the F.I.T Group with strategic direction, technical consulting, and project management through a modern management model and an international quality control process.
At the signing ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Van Sang, Chairman of the F.I.T Group, said it firmly believes that, under the cooperative arrangement, Cap Padaran Mui Dinh will officially make its mark on the international tourism map by becoming an ideal destination for international and Vietnamese tourists. “We are excited about new cooperative opportunities between the two groups in the subsequent phases of the overall project,” he said.
The Banyan Tree Group is a reputable multi-branded hospitality group with a track record of developing and managing over 60 properties in 17 countries and territories. The two companies will proactively review the master plan and design of the entire project to ensure their strategies align.
“We are very pleased to have the opportunity to cooperate with the F.I.T Group, which is a strategic partner with the same mission of development and respect for the core values that we have been pursuing,” said Mr. Ho Kwon Ping, Chairman of Banyan Tree. “With many years of experience in tourism development, Banyan Tree will contribute not only ideas but also actions to the project to achieve the goal of sustainable tourism development. I also hope the two sides will cooperate more in the future.”
