FPT Long Chau and STADA Vietnam from Germany signed a comprehensive cooperative agreement on August 9 marking a step forward in promoting the supply of good manufacturing practice (GMP) products at reasonable cost to the Vietnamese people.

The two parties will focus on ensuring the supply of high-quality products to patients, to meet demand for over-the-counter medicinal products. In addition, the two will coordinate to hold training courses for FPT Long Chau, to improve knowledge, enhance the quality and effectiveness of counseling, and practice skills for the team of pharmacists in order to optimize patient treatment.

Speaking at the signing ceremony, Ms. Nguyen Bach Diep, Chairwoman of the Board of Directors at FPT Retail and General Director of FPT Long Chau, said the latter pursues a mission of serving the Vietnamese people’s health with high-quality products at reasonable prices, which requires that it constantly expand its partners, which are leading pharmaceutical manufacturers, to ensure timely and complete supply. “The cooperation with STADA and its European-quality products once again affirms FPT Long Chau’s commitment to accompanying the Vietnamese people in comprehensive healthcare,” she said.

Mr. Peter Goldschmidt, CEO of the STADA Group, said the cooperation is within the framework of the opening of STADA’s new office in Vietnam, which is one of its long-term investments in the region, and the export of high-quality products with prestigious EU GMP Certificates to the global market.

“Cooperating with FPT Long Chau will help us expand our reach to Vietnamese consumers and accompany the team of pharmacists in the process of improving their knowledge to provide the best healthcare advice,” he said. “We believe that this cooperation will bring positive results in the care of Vietnamese people’s health.”
