The pledge was made during a reception hosted by Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh for Mr. Okamura in Hanoi on September 18.

It is expected that the total area of the eastern Hoan Kiem Lake area will be about 2.14 ha.

The projects include an Educational-Training and Commercial Service Complex and a Non-Public Multi-Purpose Cultural Area.
