The route stretches 66 km and has total investment of more than VND16 trillion ($688.12 million) under the public-private partnership (PPP) form.
Deputy Prime Minister Le Van Thanh has agreed to assign northwestern Dien Bien province to implement construction of the Son La - Dien Bien - Tay Trang border gate expressway in the first phase with total investment of more than VND8 trillion ($334.25 million) in the form of public-private partnerships (PPPs).
