The People's Committee of Ninh Binh province has officially approved the selection of a consortium of investors for the Eco-Urban Area project in the eastern part of Hoa Lu City, including Ecopark Hai Duong Investment JSC, Hong Phong Investment and Development Company One Member Limited, and Minh Anh Service Trading One Member Company Limited.

Cover an area of approximately 163 ha, the project boasts a total investment of over VND16.4 trillion (nearly $622 million). 

According to the plan, the project will provide a total of 7,661 diverse housing products to the market. 

Additionally, a 15-story commercial apartment building with 1,573 units and a social housing block with a maximum of 15 stories comprising approximately 3,884 units will also be constructed. Besides, the project also emphasizes the development of a comprehensive social infrastructure and services system.

This project's preparation and implementation will span span years, from 2025 to 2032.
