According to the Institute of Construction Economics at the Ministry of Construction, supply in all real estate segments was depleted in the first half of this year and prices continued to rise sharply for land plots, apartments, and villas.

Deputy Prime Minister Le Van Thanh has approved a plan to develop the Binh Phu Industrial Park in Mong Hoa commune, Hoa Binh city, northern Hoa Binh province. The project is on more than 214 ha.

According to consultants Savills, many residential real estate products in Hanoi have long been setting new price levels. The Grade B segment has grown the most over the past five years. Savills expects, however, that residential real estate will not see many sudden changes in the second half of 2022.

Data from CBRE Vietnam on four cities and provinces considered key industrial centers in the south and Mekong Delta - Ho Chi Minh City and Dong Nai, Binh Duong, and Long An provinces - shows that industrial land rentals have increased 8-13 per cent over the course of the last year. The highest price was $300 per sq m per rental cycle.
