Northern Thai Nguyen province has decided to adjust the land use purpose of nearly 120 ha to implement 13 projects in the fields of transport infrastructure, industrial park infrastructure, and ecological urban areas. Site compensation and clearance have been completed on all land plots allocated to investors recently, with an expiry date of 2070.

Central Da Nang city is planning, investing, and developing more industrial parks and clusters to attract and expand industrial activities within the city’s general planning to 2030 and vision to 2045. It will invest in the development of industrial parks totaling about 2,326 ha.

The Van Don District People’s Committee in northern Quang Ninh province has sent an official dispatch to the Quang Ninh Department of Construction regarding the addition of a housing development plan for 2021 and one for the 2021-2025 period.

Central Da Nang city has reduced the price of commercial land by between 70 and 80 per cent and land for production and business by between 50 and 60 per cent. It will also auction 34 land plots this year with a total area of nearly 64 ha.

North-central Nghe An province will adjust the purpose of use of more than 295 ha of land for rice cultivation and more than 40 ha of protective forest to implement 204 works and projects, in roads, electricity, irrigation, and resettlement areas, and expand the scale of factories and workshops.

The Hai Duong Provincial People’s Committee in Vietnam’s north has reported on construction planning for Thanh Ha district to 2030 and vision to 2050, under which it will be developed as a priority area for technological agriculture combined with the development of eco-tourism, trade in services, high-tech industry, and an ecological urban area.
