Steel production and consumption slow in July but up in 7M

Steel production and consumption slowed during July but grew quite well in the first seven months of 2021. Production and consumption in the first seven months stood at over 18 million tons and more than 16 million tons, respectively, of which exports were more than 4 million tons, up 78.9 per cent compared to the same period of 2020.
