Attending the event, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh underscored the importance of reinforcing ASEAN’s strategic self-control by strengthening the bloc's solidarity and centrality.

With its 2024 GDP size estimated at $476.3 billion, Vietnam surpasses the Philippines to enter the ASEAN-4 in terms of economic size.

During a session on ASEAN in Davos, PM Pham Minh Chinh highlighted that ASEAN needs to enter the "smart era" with an ambitious mindset.

This will be achieved through the development of modern and synchronized transportation infrastructure.

The event attracted over 300 exhibitors from countries including Italy, Germany, China, India, Thailand, and Vietnam.

Event to focus on maximizing cooperation between nations and promoting solidarity within the community of Vietnamese intellectuals and experts in ASEAN.

Vietnam pledged to work with other ASEAN member states to implement initiatives and cooperation proposals that have been and will be promoted in the future.
