One-Stop-Shop divisions to be established at ministerial, provincial, communal levels
Under its Decree No. 118/2025/ND-CP, dated June 9, 2025, the Government regulates organization of such divisions to reduce administrative burden.
Centrally-run Hue city will be established
Under a resolution adopted by the National Assembly on November 30, the centrally-run city of Hue will be based on the entire natural area and a population of the central province of Thua Thien-Hue.

Council set up for two key expressways
Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh has issued a decision to set up a Council to appraise pre-feasibility studies for the first phase of two key national projects: the Khanh Hoa - Buon Ma Thuot Expressway and the Bien Hoa - Vung Tau Expressway. The Chairman of the Council is the Minister of Planning and Investment. Both projects will receive State investment capital.
