10 domestic flights to restart
The Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam (CAAV) has proposed resuming flights on ten domestic routes from October 10, but Hanoi’s Noi Bai International Airport is yet to return to operations. Flight frequency will be quite modest in this initial stage.
MoT calls for limits on flights to and from Noi Bai
In order to prevent the spread of Covid-19, the Ministry of Transport (MoT) has sought to limit the number of flights to and from Hanoi’s Noi Bai International Airport, with there to be fewer than two return flights daily between the capital and Ho Chi Minh City, based on actual demand.
