Northern Thai Nguyen province's Department of Planning and Investment is calling for investors to build a residential area with an estimated investment capital of VND470 billion ($18.46 million).
Of the total capital, VND330 billion (nearly $13 million) will be used for the project implementation, while the rest will be spent on compensation and resettlement.
The project will cover nearly 258,000 sq m in Phu Binh district.
Construction is scheduled to last from the second quarter of 2024 to the third quarter of 2028.
Earlier, the province had also invited investors to build four residential and urban areas, including two residential areas with a combined investment capital of over VND762.9 million ($29.9 million); and two urban areas with a combined investment capital of over VND1.27 trillion ($50 million).
