North-central Thanh Hoa province conducted 20 social housing projects in the 2015-2023 period, providing 14,310 units.

The total floor area reached 747,503 sq m.

Four projects provided 2,102 units to workers in enterprises at industrial parks.

Thanh Hoa currently has 3,387 social housing units with 13,000 residents.

The province ranked sixth among Vietnam’s 63 cities and provinces in terms of the number of social housing units completed and tenth in terms of the number being built.

Under a government project to build at least a million social housing units for low-income earners and workers at industrial parks in the 2021-2030 period, Thanh Hoa was assigned to complete 13,787.
