The Vietnamese Government is always willing to assist foreign investors seeking to invest in the country’s industrial real estate. With over 394 industrial parks, Vietnam has an abundant supply of industrial land funds compared to other countries in the region. It also actively restructures industrial parks into eco-industrial parks, thus attracting more investors.

The Ministry of Health has received 50,000 doses of AstraZeneca vaccine from Austria and has committed to distribute them to localities based on actual needs, to quickly meet pandemic prevention and control requirements.

Developing smart production during Vietnam’s process of industrialization and modernization faces many difficulties and challenges that require methodical strategies and breakthrough policies. The Ministry of Industry and Trade (MoIT) will more thoroughly support businesses in smart production as well as digital transformation, to promote industrialization and modernization.

During a meeting with leaders of northern Cao Bang province on November 15, the Prime Minister asked them to put every effort into building the Dong Dang - Tra Linh Expressway connecting it with Lang Son province, to see Cao Bang become an international freight center and to fully exploit its tourism potential.

In the second plenary session of the 15th National Assembly (NA), which ended on November 13, the legislature passed many important resolutions directing the country’s future for the next 5-10 years, as well as two amendment bills for the Law on Statistics and the Law on Criminal Procedures. It also passed resolutions on a number of specific mechanisms and policies for the development of north-central Nghe An and Thanh Hoa provinces, central Thua Thien-Hue province, and northern Hai Phong city.

But energy transformation poses many challenges that require appropriate strategies, roadmaps, and mechanisms as well as technological and financial support from countries and organizations around the world.
