Some 19,951 real estate transactions were successfully conducted last year in the south-central province of Khanh Hoa, with total value reaching nearly VND12.4 trillion ($506 million).
There were 15,360 ground transactions, 4,046 for independent houses, and 545 for apartments.
Additionally, according to the Khanh Hoa Provincial People’s Committee, the Phuoc Long Apartment and Services project in Nha Trang, with 577 apartments and 41 independent houses, was completed in 2023 and will be put into commercial operation shortly.
Provincial authorities have also accepted investment policies for nine other commercial housing projects, including the Hung Thinh urban area project on 28.8 ha in Cam Lam district, a residential project for military families on 47.61 ha on Cam Ranh Peninsula in Cam Lam district, the Cam Ranh Bay urban area project on 1,254.14ha in Cam Ranh, the 33.8-ha Phu Quy Vinpearl housing project in Nha Trang, the 15.99-ha Mipeco - Nha Trang urban area project in Nha Trang, the 89.1-ha administrative urban area project in Dien Khanh district, and three other projects in Nha Trang, including the 0.56-ha An Vien tourist apartment and commercial services complex, the 49.58-ha Phuoc Long New Urban Area, and the 25.79-ha Hoang Long Urban Area.
