3,980 MW of wind power added

Of the 146 wind power projects to have signed power sale contracts with Electricity of Vietnam (EVN), 84 with a total capacity of 3,980.27 MW had a commercial operation date (COD) prior to November 1. The remaining 62 projects, with a total capacity of 3, 479 MW, could not reach the goal. Under Decision No. 39/2018/QD-TTg from the Prime Minister, the current 20-year incentive feed-in tariff is applied to those wind power projects that operate commercially before November 1, 2021.
