Following the talks between Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh and Vice President and Prime Minister of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement between the two countries was signed.
