China is Vietnam’s largest trade partner

According to the General Department of Vietnam Customs, China posts the highest trade turnover with Vietnam of all countries and territories. In the first nine months of this year, its trade turnover with Vietnam reached $132.38 billion, accounting for over 23.7 per cent of total trade turnover. It is also considered Vietnam’s most important market, making a major impact on the size and growth of the country’s exports and imports.
