The Dong Nai Provincial People’s Committee has decided to transform the Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park (IP) in the southern province’s Bien Hoa city into an urban, trade, and services area.
It is also to become a modern and sustainable urban, trade, and services area to change the city’s urban landscape, increase land use efficiency, and cut pollution in the Dong Nai River.
Development will come in two segments: a 44-ha political and administrative hub and a 286-ha urban - commercial - services area.
All businesses inside the IP are to be relocated by 2025.
The Bien Hoa 1 IP is located alongside the Cai River and boasts important transport links, such as National Highways No. 1A and 51 and the North-South express railway.
