The 15th National Assembly on February 18 approved Resolution No. 176/2025/QH15 on organizational structure of the Government for the 2021-2026 term, according to the Government News.

Under the Resolution, the Government comprises 14 ministries and 3 ministerial-level agencies. Additionally, there are five Government affiliated agencies.

The above ministries and agencies will officially come into operation from March 1, 2025.

The ministries and agencies formed under Resolution No. 08/2021/QH15, approved by  the National Assembly  in 2021, will continue operation until February 28, 2025.

Also on February 18, 2025, the National Assembly approved Resolution No. 177/2025/QH15 on the number of the Government members, comprising 25 members: Prime Minister, seven Deputy Prime Ministers, 14 Ministers, and three heads of ministerial-level agencies.
