Hanoi eyeing recovery stage

The Hanoi People’s Committee has directed districts in “green zones” and “yellow zones” to immediately begin economic recovery and from September 15 in the entire city. Hanoi has set up more than 600 “business green zones” with operating plans approved by local authorities.
