Hanoi has officially launched the Hanoi Public Administration Service Center (HPASC), located at No 197 Nghi Tam Street, Yen Phu Ward, Tay Ho District.

Operating under the municipal People’s Committee, HPASC serves as a bridge between State bodies, the public and businesses, managing and monitoring administrative procedures while proactively reforming and streamlining them to facilitate administrative procedure processes.

As an information hub, the center guides and supports people and businesses in carrying out administrative procedures. It also advises the People’s Committee on developing and deploying IT solutions to enhance State management and better serve the public.

HPASC handles administrative procedures across administrative boundaries, reducing the number of one-stop shops.

All online public services will be designed and optimized to enhance user experience. The center aims to restructure processes, simplify procedures, and eliminate redundant documents. It seeks to improve service quality and achieve at least 95% customer satisfaction.

All processes will be transparent and accountable, with clear timelines and conducted entirely on a digital platform.
