On November 2, the Landco Corporation was honored for the first time as one of 172 enterprises having valuable products judged at the announcement ceremony of the 8th Vietnam National Brand Program, with the theme “Creating the Future”.

Despite the challenging impact of Covid-19 and world’s fragile sociopolitical situation, the “Vietnam Value Brand” selection process in 2022 drew more than 1,000 participating enterprises. This year has seen innovations in both the requirements for selection and the evaluation process by experts, specialized units, and State management agencies using three criteria: “Quality, Innovation - Creativity, and Pioneering Capacity”.

After a nine-month application period, 172 organizations with 325 products secured “Vietnam Value Brand” certification after meeting the program’s national brand standards.

With comprehensive interior and exterior services, the Landco Corporation appears on the “Vietnam Value Brand” list for the first time. According to a Landco Corporation representative, securing the certification is just the first stage in the implementation of its brand strategy through quality products and services that suit the needs of domestic customers and can compete in the international market.

International quality furniture to meet demands of Vietnamese consumers

Founded in 2001, the Landco Corporation - the owner of LandDecor and LandFurniture - can meet all requirements in terms of design, manufacture, fit-out construction, and furniture supply. Its services are diverse in style, design, function, quality, and aesthetics, meeting standards in the high-end furniture manufacturing industry.

In its more than 20 years of establishment and development, the Landco Corporation has used the SAP - ERP enterprise resource management system and digitalized ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018. Its furniture has received Green Label accreditation from the Singapore Environment Council (SEC), which assists end-users in recognizing products of environmentally sustainable friendliness and safety.

The Landco Corporation also received a “Best companies to work for in Asia” award in 2022, which was organized and voted on by HR Asia, an Asian human resources publication.

The representative said the recognition from these awards has helped the company enhance the interior manufacturing position of Vietnam in the global market and improved its domestic competitiveness against imported furniture, encouraging the development of Vietnam’s furniture industry.

On the road to bringing Vietnamese furniture to the world

The Landco Corporation believes that participating in the Vietnam National Brand program will comprehensively support the company in its operations, business outcomes, and branding strategy through the core criteria of “Quality, Innovation - Creativity, and Pioneering Capacity”.

The representative also said that the supply of high-quality Vietnamese products in the domestic market will limit “foreign currency bleeding”, since domestic customers can choose products of the same quality but at much lower cost. With an orientation towards exports, the Landco Corporation also plans to see Vietnamese products compete with leading global brands in the luxury segment, not just fabricating products for foreign brands with low profit.
