The of Ninh Binh province in northern Vietnam has approved a project to expand the space and construct a training facility for the Banking Academy in the Nam Cao University zone.
According to the plan, the project will be implemented in the 2025-2028 period. Its goal is to build a modern training facility that meets national and international standards, thereby fulfilling the demand for high-quality human resources in the finance and banking sectors.
Once completed, this facility will have the capacity to train approximately 6,500 students, contributing to the expansion of the Banking Academy's training capacity and creating momentum for the development of the Nam Cao University zone.
The project's master plan includes several important components: a 9-story office building with a construction area of over 2,100 sq.m and a total floor area of over 15,000 sq.m; two 9-story lecture hall buildings with a total floor area of nearly 17,500 sq.m; and a 5-story library and information technology center with a floor area of nearly 4,800 sq.m.
Notably, a 9-story dormitory complex with a floor area of over 13,600 sq.m will provide accommodation and living facilities for students, faculty, and staff, while also offering essential services for campus life.
The total investment of VND1 trillion (nearly $37.9 million) is primarily allocated to construction costs and equipment, with the remainder designated for management, consulting, and contingency.
