The Nghe An Provincial People’s Committee has asked relevant agencies to take measures to tackle difficulties in developing the local real estate market.

The Committee asked departments and districts in the north-central province to ensure that delays in dealing with procedures for real estate projects do not affect implementation.

The Nghe An Department of Planning and Investment is required to review and classify real estate projects facing difficulties, to identify reasons and propose solutions for authorized agencies to act in line with regulations.

The Department will periodically report on the results on tackling difficulties in projects to local authorities, and consult with the provincial People’s Committee on a submission to the working group of the Prime Minister to deal with projects that exceed its authority.

The Nghe An Department of Construction is instructed to guide the People’s Committees of districts to approve planning, particularly urban planning, to serve as a foundation for implementing real estate projects.
